To support Capita in delivering new ICT support services for the London Borough of Croydon. This service would include implementation of systems, processes and support staff.
We put together a highly skilled and experienced delivery team that could work flexibly and professionally alongside the client in Croydon. Our team quickly understood the project’s scope and ensured that each aspect was well managed.
The ICT Call Centre and support services were successfully launched on schedule. This included the Service Now help desk tool, development of a self-service portal and migration of the mobile telephony system to a new provider.
