Team away day

Here at Entec Si we believe that business and personal development are vital to our success. And there’s no better way to do this than getting the whole team together for a super productive away day.

Our Values

The session took place at The Studio, a fab venue in the centre of Birmingham that’s perfect for our creative thinking. Following the team’s recent growth, we used our latest away day to spotlight our company values, which are:

Supported by Alison and Tracey from Little Bird, we discussed the importance of these values, particularly in relation to our onboarding process. For us, they’re central to everything we do.

It was a fantastically productive day and great to see us all working in collaboration. In fact, it was such good fun we’re already planning for the next one!
