Customer experience management system go live

We’re absolutely delighted to announce the go-live of a new customer experience management system (Jadu Continuum CXM) at East Northamptonshire Council. CXM is a cloud-based solution that provides a seamless, intuitive and consistent experience for customers, services and teams.

The council, which serves a population of 90,000 residents, launched CXM to enable access to popular services. It keeps customers well informed and reduces the number of calls they need to make about a case.

The first service to move over to the new platform was Missed Bins, which went live in early November. This will be quickly followed in December by Household Bulky Waste.


The project’s success is undoubtedly down to the enthusiasm and dedication of the team at East Northamptonshire Council. Working alongside them through each stage of this innovative project has been an absolute pleasure.
