Generally my focus is on delivering tangible improvements for my clients. There’s no ‘typical day’, but the sweet spot has to be when I’m transferring my skills and knowledge to enable them to develop teams that can withstand the test of time through their change and transformation journey.

What I love about my job
There are many things I love about Entec Si. It’s fantastic to work with so many amazing people across a diverse range of sectors. This makes every day different and keeps me fresh. I’m really passionate about change and making an impact for our clients. There’s nothing better than seeing them become a better organisation because of our input.

Career highlights
This would have to be a virtual ERP Implementation. Due to the pandemic, we had to quickly adapt to new tools, techniques and challenges. It’s only when I look back, I think wow, what an honour to work with a truly exceptional bunch of people to achieve what we did!
