I have a dual position which covers both business consultancy and project management. At its core, my role is all about people, and that’s where my real passion lies. Achieving any improvement for an organisation, especially operational, financial or cultural must start and end with the people.

What I love about my job
I think it’s very rare to find a business that lives and breathes its values in the way that Entec Si does. I love being part of the change process; every day brings new opportunities and there’s no better feeling than achieving fantastic results for our clients.

Career highlights
While there have been many fantastic moments, it would have to be the successful delivery of a robot to perform robotic assisted surgery for prostate cancer patients at the Worcestershire Acute Hospital Trust. Not only was this an inspiring project to oversee but one that is incredibly important to the community. Understanding the importance of patient outcomes was the thread that kept this project so innovative, emotive, and focussed.
