In my role as a consultant, I’m responsible for managing a variety of projects, from technology transformation to culture change. It’s my job to deliver a solution that benefits and adds value to the client’s organisation. Critical to the success of this is the sharing of our skills and knowledge.

What I love about my job
The best part about my job is being able to engage with a variety of people from all different walks of life, from senior stakeholders to end users. I’m very much a people pleaser, so it’s great that my job involves offering solutions to make people’s lives easier.

Career highlights
The first project I managed was a wi-fi network replacement for a local council. I was up at the crack of dawn to test it! The new network had a really positive impact, and the client was extremely grateful. It was a really proud moment for me professionally and personally.
