My work requires me to wear several hats at once, I’m both a strategist and an analyst. I collaborate with my clients to strategically break down the challenges their organisation faces, but I also need to be a critical friend to staff to learn and filter their views.

What I love about my job
I like the flexibility that the role offers, it provides the ability for me to work around personal commitments. What’s also so important is the people-first culture of Entec Si. It’s so friendly and provides a platform that allows me to speak up and be heard. Our blended team approach is a great way to work with clients on projects.

Career highlights
There are many highlights. I’ve always been proud of the work I did for Birmingham City Council, working on their Wheelie Bin Transformation Programme. This programme still stays with me knowing that we made a real difference to something that residents were passionate about, a cleaner, greener city.
