Following its recent drive for new talent, Birmingham-based business change consultancy, Entec Si has welcomed Nadine Kubalek to its growing team.

With stacks of digital transformation experience under her belt, Nadine joins as a consultant to bring knowledge of emerging markets in areas such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality to the team. Nadine will be responsible for overseeing a range of business and data analysis activities, as well as directing largescale transformation projects.

She has worked with many notable providers to the education sector on a broad range of innovative projects. From directing internal change programmes to overseeing the design and implementation of bespoke content creation and distribution systems, Nadine’s extensive and varied experience will help strengthen the Entec Si team offering.

This is not Nadine’s first professional encounter with Entec Si having previously worked for its digital partner, Ammba, on a collaborative commission which involved a digital transformation programme for a national sporting membership organisation.
