In addition to recent promotions, Amarpreet Kaur Assi, Eilis Garton-Marrows, Charlotte Stanyer, Jack Sixsmith and Megan Evans have now joined the Future Faces Chamber of Commerce, a growing network for young professionals across any sector within Greater Birmingham.

As well as being recognised as ‘future faces’, their growth has been further supported through various qualifications such as BCS Business Analysis diploma, PRINCE2 and Agile project management. Furthermore, the focus on personal and professional development for every employee has been reflected in the recent ‘Great Place to Work’ certification which Entec Si received over the summer.

Eilis Garton-Marrows, junior consultant at Entec Si, said:

“Entec Si’s dedication to recognising and retaining future leaders has once again been demonstrated by facilitating access to the Future Faces Chamber of Commerce. This is another step Entec Si has taken to ensure top talent is retained through the careers of those within Entec Si by investing in professional development and showing support when expanding our networks of business connections and individual profiles.

Becoming a member of Future Faces will give me the opportunity to network with likeminded peers who are committed to developing a career in Greater Birmingham. On a personal note, it has increased my confidence in showcasing my personal profile.”

Entec Si’s unwavering focus on the professional development of its staff is complemented by the recent promotion of Sarah Frost, now Head of People Operations. Offering both internal and external training opportunities, Sarah is leading the team forward into the next generation of Entec Si whilst keeping its people at the forefront of its mission, change for good.

Sarah Frost, Head of People Operations at Entec Si, commented:

“Entec Si’s commitment and investment to employee growth at every level is something we take great pride in. Each employee brings new skills and experience to the company that can be shaped and developed throughout their time with us. The investment we put into our employees supports the continuous growth of the company and helps us to achieve fantastic results for our clients as we focus on the next chapter of Entec Si.”

The investment into the development in its future faces follows the recent reveal of the consultancy’s new brand identity, inspired by the versatility of its services.
