Future Faces is part of the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce, providing support, connections and recognition to young professionals across the region.
A thoroughly deserved future face
Nominated by colleague, Megan Evans, the shortlist process included Charlotte having an interview with a panel of judges from the city’s business sector. Commenting on Charlotte’s success, the judges said:
“She is an experienced, passionate and engaging individual who is an advocate for the tech sector. A thoroughly deserved winner.”
Charlotte has worked at Entec Si since 2020, joining as project support. Recognised as an impressive talent within the business, Charlotte was promoted to assistant consultant in 2021, junior consultant in 2022 and then consultant in 2023.

Commenting on her achievement, Charlotte said:
“I’m so honoured to have achieved this award.
