The rigorous judging process carried out by a stellar panel of Birmingham business leaders and the accolade was received at an awards dinner in Birmingham in June.

This recognition is due to the number of health and wellbeing initiatives to prioritise positive physical and mental health to deliver the complex work for clients. In a recent staff survey, 100 per cent of employees said they felt it was a great place to work, compared to 54 per cent of UK companies of a similar size. This gives us confidence that we’re getting things right!
Listening to team feedback, we have fully embraced hybrid and flexible working that supports personal commitments. We recently expanded our central Birmingham office hub to enable greater collaboration, connection and meaningful time together.
