We are proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for the second year running.
Great Place To Work® asks employees 59 questions in its global survey and scores their responses across 20 categories. Organisations that achieve the required overall trust score become certified.
As in 2025, 100 percent of employees this year said Entec Si is a great place to work. This is compared to compared to 54 percent of employees at a typical UK based company. We scored an average of 99 percent for all questions, with a 100 percent score for 13 out of 20 categories and no areas scoring lower than 95 percent.
