Revealed on Thursday 4th September 2025 by Great Place To Work® UK, the list recognises us among the list of organisations in the small and medium category. It follows the company becoming Certified™ by Great Place To Work® in July this year.
Achieving work/life balance
The survey found that every one of our employees considered Entec Si a great place to work, compared to 54 per cent of employees at a typical UK based company. Across the 59 questions employees were surveyed, the company scored an average of 98 per cent overall, with 100 per cent category scores for: team, intimacy, competence, community, camaraderie, personal job, engagement, integrity and hospitality.
In recent years, we have fully leaned into the hybrid working culture, making work-life balance a core value of the firm. Implementing flexible business hours, hybrid office and home working and structures for professional development have helped to solidify our positive company culture both in and outside of the workplace, as proven by this recognition.
About the surveys
Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index© employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based consulting and professional services employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
