Nadine joined our team as a consultant in 2022. Since then she has played a vital role in delivering many successful projects. These have primarily been centred around digital transformation programmes with local authority and charity clients.
With experience in digital, education and creative sectors, Nadine has developed a consultancy style that builds trust amongst clients through delivering people-first, impactful change projects.
Working with complex organisations, Nadine has a strong ability to manage diverse projects and stakeholders. This has led to the smooth and successful delivery of multiple system implementations and process updates. She consistently places people at the centre of change journeys. Her consultancy style and people-first approach help clients achieve lasting transformation aligned with their strategic objectives.
Since joining us, Nadine quickly became a valued and vital member of the team. She is a talented and committed individual who is playing a huge role in shaping the future of Entec Si and supporting our clients through long-term digital transformation. She exudes our values and commits to clients with drive and enthusiasm, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed. This is a very deserved promotion, and we thank Nadine for her dedication.
