I manage internal operations, from finance to IT, ensuring our business runs smoothly. With a background in project management and business analysis, I excel at planning and organisation. I’ve successfully managed projects like the Library of Birmingham’s PMO and Birmingham City Council’s trade waste system. I pride myself on helping our team deliver change for our clients.

I focus on internal operations, supporting everything from finance and legal tasks to IT systems. I ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so the team can do their jobs effectively.
I started my career working in local government after acquiring a business degree, then moved into IT project management, business analysis and later PMO roles.
This experience has given me invaluable insight into delivering successful projects under tight timeframes. It’s also provided me with a broad range of skills – notably in planning, organisation and analysis, which are central to my role at Entec Si.
There are two that stand out for me. My first is managing the programme management office for the Library of Birmingham Transformation and ICT programme. For my second highlight in 2000 I defined business requirements for Birmingham City Council’s trade waste service and led the implementation of the replacement core IT system.
I’m naturally well organised and take pride in my ability to plan effectively. My strong attention to detail allows me to deliver work that’s both accurate and reliable. I’m also great at prioritising tasks and communicating clearly, which really supports me while working collaboratively in a team structure.
I love working with such a talented and lovely group of colleagues and being able to help them deliver meaningful change for our clients. I also enjoy the variety in my day-to-day work and take pride in contributing to the smooth running of the business.
I enjoy spending time with my family, playing the guitar, keeping fit and watching sport.
Focus on enjoying and living in the moment and less on aiming for objectives in the future.

I have written a couple of my own songs and shared them on YouTube. Needless to say, these haven’t gone viral, and I’ve remained in my day job.
