Victoria Brownsell

Programme, project management and coordination

Specialising in digital innovation projects, I use a people-first approach to align with strategic goals. My experience includes enhancing workforce capabilities at International Airlines Group and driving Agile adoption at Jaguar Land Rover. I focus on building trust and getting to the heart of client challenges to deliver unique and effective solutions.

Victoria says

“Our team is amazing! Everyone brings something special, and it’s a joy to work alongside such talented, supportive people.”

My role

I lead digital innovation projects, aligning them with strategic goals and ensuring timely delivery. I use visual storytelling to support user-centred design and communicate ideas clearly.

By working closely with both clients and our team, I help uncover the root causes behind challenges. This enables me to deliver tailored solutions, whilst maintaining open communication and ensuring client satisfaction.

Skills and experience

I’ve led the coordination and rollout of Learning Pathways to over 1,500 employees at International Airlines Group, enhancing workforce capability and engagement. At Jaguar Land Rover, I oversaw the adoption of Agile methodologies, driving improved collaboration and delivery outcomes.

I also played a key role in a digital transformation at a UK city council, coordinating workstreams and managing progress tracking, resource planning and cross-functional alignment.

Career highlights

For me, it’s making genuine friendships with clients. Having that psychological safety to really get into people’s problems really sets the tone for projects.

What characteristics do you think make you good at your role?

I bring a strong sense of empathy and a people-first mindset to my role, which helps me build genuine connections and foster collaboration.

I’m creatively driven, always looking for fresh, thoughtful solutions, and view mistakes as valuable opportunities to learn and grow. Above all, I value openness and honesty. These are qualities I believe are key to building trust and working effectively as a team.

What I love
about my job

No two days are ever the same, there’s always something new to dive into, which keeps things exciting and dynamic.

I really value the freedom Entec Si gives us to approach our work in our own way, as long as we deliver results. The team is amazing, everyone brings something special, and it’s a joy to work alongside such talented, supportive people.

How do you relax away from work?

I love to unwind with a good book or by painting, which gives me a creative outlet. Mornings usually start with yoga or pilates, helping me feel calm and focused. I love being by the sea. Living in Kent means I’m spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches. And of course, nothing beats a quiet moment curled up with my cat Jasper, his cuddles are one of my favourite ways to relax.

What words of wisdom would you give your younger self?

Stop seeking validation from others, embrace who you are and learn to love yourself fully. When you follow your own passions, you’ll naturally attract the people and places where you truly belong.

Pet hate

Dishonesty is my biggest pet hate. When someone doesn’t follow through on what they’ve said, it breaks trust. Once that’s gone, it’s incredibly difficult to rebuild.

Five dream dinner guests

  • Louis Theroux
  • David Attenborough
  • Miriam Margolyes
  • Stephen Fry
  • Cleopatra

I’m absolutely fascinated by how the pyramids were built, and I reckon this eclectic group would leave no stone unturned in getting to the bottom of it, with plenty of wit, wisdom, and wild stories along the way.

If you had to take one book, one film and one album on a desert island, what would they be?

This is really difficult!

  • Book: A Little Life by Hanya Yanagiharar
  • Film: 1996 Matilda
  • Album: Fleetwood Mac – Rumours

One thing no one would know about you

I learned to play the piano as a child but eventually gave it up, which is something I deeply regret now that I’m older. Perhaps it’s time to reconnect with that part of myself and start playing again soon.

Last supper choice

It would be Wagamama’s:

  • Large cloudy lemonade,
  • Edamame beans with extra chili and garlic salt,
  • Hot honey fried chicken with yuzu sauce and saku saku duck soba

Then followed by a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups milkshake from Five Guys.
