As a Junior Consultant I am responsible for tracking and ensuring all elements of a project run to the planned timescale and stay on budget. I strive to be logical and proactive when working with clients to ensure success of a project.

Career highlights
There have been many highlights throughout my career as a consultant. The most recent being a review of a recruitment process to highlight opportunities for improvements, boost compliance and reduce risks. This was my first ‘hands on’ experience of process mapping and data analysis. The review was short, but fast paced, resulting in a successful recruitment drive. It will always be a piece of work I’m proud to have been a part of due to the impactful change it will have on the client.
