My motivation lies in proactively mitigating risks and resolving issues, which is key to achieving successful project outcomes. Additionally, I work in partnership with clients, supporting them throughout their journey of change.

Career highlights
There have been many highlights throughout my career as a consultant. The most recent being a review of a recruitment process to highlight opportunities for improvements, boost compliance and reduce risks. This was my first ‘hands on’ experience of process mapping and data analysis. The review was short, but fast paced, resulting in a successful recruitment drive. It will always be a piece of work I’m proud to have been a part of due to the impactful change it will have on the client.
