For me, developing rapport and connecting with people is the key ingredient for success. I take satisfaction in supporting, collaborating and driving this process to deliver purposeful change to help unveil innovative ways of working.

What I love about my job
The role of a change consultant ensures that every day is different, purposeful and rewarding. I’m passionate about learning and love how the role enables development, whilst fostering an environment where personal skills and qualities are celebrated. Working alongside people who take pride in their work and for an organisation that instills confidence in it’s employees is inspiring and motivating.

Career highlights
Previously I worked in education, where a people-first approach mirrored that of consultancy. Assimilating key information, facilitating collaboration and managing group dynamics underpinned the role and this is largely what we do at Entec Si. My experience in organising, leading and delivering against measurable outcomes aligns seamlessly with managing projects.
