Jack Sixsmith

My role is incredibly varied. I manage & support clients at any stage of the change journey: from specification, procurement, planning, delivery or implementation. There’s no set ‘typical’ day but there’s always something new to get stuck into. For me, communicating and working with people is key to being successful. Implementing change with people instead of to people is the crucial difference between delivering a project, and delivering real, lasting change.

What I love about my job
The many different clients Entec Si works with always adds the element of surprise to my role, I never can predict who I’ll be working with next! . As you’d expect, with many different clients, come many different problems to be solved and therefore, many different skillsets required. Even if my skillset isn’t matched to your needs, I’ll know someone whose is!

Career highlights

It’s really rewarding to guide and transform clients, not just through projects we deliver and processes we implement but also transforming their mindset too. Watching my clients evolve from juggling multiple projects with ever extending deadlines to planning, delivering and completing projects in good time and under budget, wondering how they managed before is such a rewarding feeling and is both a highlight. This is the reason I take such pride in my work.
