Programme, project management and coordination
I bring nine years of experience in project and programme management, blending a detail-oriented approach with a fun, team-focused personality. I love getting things done and building strong relationships, which has led to highlights like the Birmingham Airport Network Upgrade Project. My focus is on delivering great outcomes while making sure everyone feels valued.
“Being part of the Entec Family means working with amazing people who support and inspire each other every day.”
I manage or am involved in projects and programmes of all sizes. This involves careful resource planning to ensure every stage goes smoothly and delegation to other team members to make the most of their expertise. Much of my day-to-day involves keeping tabs on the different parts of my projects and keeping them ticking along.
With nine years’ experience managing projects and programmes across both public and private sectors, I bring strong attention to detail and a helpful, team-oriented approach. I also hold a Prince2 qualification and am a Mental Health First Aider. Additionally, I have experience writing test scripts and delivering Microsoft Office training to help support team development.
My very first commission with Entec Si was providing IT desk support for a client, which I really enjoyed. One of my favourite experiences was working on the £4m plus Network Upgrade Project at Birmingham Airport – a huge, exciting piece of work to be part of. It was a great opportunity to be part of a large-scale project that delivered a real, meaningful impact.
My bubbly personality makes it easy for me to connect and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. I love getting stuck in, staying organised, and bringing people together to get things done. Being versatile and paying close attention to detail helps me to tailor my work to meet my clients’ needs effectively.
Being part of the Entec family means working with amazing people who support and inspire each other every day. Building relationships is a key part of my work and it’s something that our blended team model is based upon. It’s always rewarding to see the appreciation we get from our clients for the positive impact we make.
I love to spend time with my family and friends, socialising and exploring the wide range of things there are to do in Birmingham. I particularly enjoy eating out and trying different types of cuisine. I also help run a free toddler playgroup and enjoy planning activities for the kids to enjoy and singing songs.
Believe in yourself and your worth. Have that confidence in your skillset and what you bring to the table and never doubt that you have as much a right to be there as everyone else.
Poor hygiene! Definitely going to a restaurant and paying for really poor quality food.
When I was in school, I used to go to the Aston Villa stadium for a short period of time to speak on their radio station, Villan Radio. A group of us gifted and talented students used to do a late morning slot, talking about new music or films that were out.
Paneer tikka masala with garlic naan. Need I say more?
Returned to Birmingham Airport, helping to oversee the successful migration of a new network upgrade.
Played a key role in the Network Implementation project at Birmingham Airport, supporting the project from procurement to delivery. This experience enhanced my knowledge of networks and helped me build long-standing relationships.
At Cherwell District Council. I started out with basic IT knowledge to being to build and setup laptops for users within three months and then training up new team members.
