My role

My role consists of defining and scoping projects, from requirement gathering to stakeholder alignment, ensuring everyone works towards a shared vision.

I translate business needs into clear actions, making sure clients feel heard and supported through change and growth. Alongside this, I manage timelines, resources, and budgets in line with expectations, enabling efficient work and results.

Skills and experience

I bring exceptional attention to detail to every project I work on, ensuring precision and high-quality outcomes across all phases of planning and execution. I’m proactive in identifying risks and solving problems early, effectively mitigating issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope. I’m also experienced in coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning stakeholders around clear objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure everyone is working toward the same goal.

Proficient in a range of project management tools and methodologies, I use proven frameworks to optimise workflows and deliver results efficiently. In addition, I’m skilled in change management and process improvement, helping clients navigate transformation initiatives and implement sustainable improvements that support long-term business growth.

Career highlights

I led a pioneering hackathon across five organisations, demonstrating rapid prototyping and innovative AI to solve real world challenges. The event united diverse expertise, streamlined workflows and laid a strong foundation for ongoing regional innovation and impact.

What characteristics do you think make you good at your role?

A strong commitment to continuous learning and growth, which drives my passion for supporting and guiding others through their change. Coupled with my empathic nature and emotional intelligence, I’m able to effectively support clients and navigate team dynamics for better collaboration.

What I love
about my job

I love supporting clients as they grow and evolve, guiding them through change to achieve their goals and unlock new opportunities. Seeing how effective project management can empower teams and transform organisations is incredibly rewarding, and the blend of hands-on problem-solving and strategic planning keeps me passionate about the positive impact my work has on organisations and their stakeholders.

How do you relax away from work?

Spending time with my family and friends, and especially my son. Midweek, I carve out a ‘me date’ and have a spa and gym session, and I also attend the local bootcamp, which is full of empowering men and women! I’m also channeling my creative energies into planning our wedding and tackling our house renovation – on reflection, I’d say only a portion of that counts as relaxing!

What words of wisdom would you give your younger self?

Just do it. Push through the uncertainty and hesitation. The more you do the more you learn.

If you had to take one book, one film and one album on a desert island, what would they be?

Book: having the time to read would be nice, as I would finally get around to reading The Midnight Library by Matt Haig
For a film, I’d go with any hallmark Christmas one
And as for an album, if I were going tomorrow, it would have to be Olivia Dean’s The Art of Loving

One thing no one would know about you

I am insanely superstitious, and I feel a strong connection to the spiritual world, not just through my faith, but in an intuitive, energetic way, something beyond the physical. I love tuning into signs, dreams and messages and driving my friends and family insane with my “this is a sign” commentary!!

Last supper choice

All courses would have to be from my favourite places if it’s the last. So, I’d start with Gamberoni Aurora from my favourite Italian, Romantica. For the main, absolutely anything from my local Lebanese takeaway. And to finish a homemade sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream, homemade by my mum.

Previous Experience

Apr 2024 – Aug 2025

Led the successful upgrade and refresh of a council’s Wi-Fi infrastructure to enhance security and performance, ensuring full coverage across all major sites.

Jun 2023 – Aug 2023

Led the development of a university’s leadership process management system to help achieve its long-term vision.

Sep 2021 – Dec 2022

Supported a review of a charity’s recruitment process. This resulted in significant improvements in operational efficiency and service delivery, and reduced strain on internal resources.

Sep 2017 – Dec 2019

Alongside studying at university, I managed wedding and events at my local wedding venue. This involved coordinating vendors, budgets, and logistics, while developing strong organisational skills to ensure seamless execution.
