Justine Howl

My role is incredibly varied. I deliver the communications strategy for Entec Si and also support our clients with engagement and communication to successfully deliver change. This can involve developing strategies and plans to ensure that projects and programmes are communicating and engaging with stakeholders or giving strategic advice on the importance of involving employees in change journeys.

What I love about my job
From delivering client projects to organising employee events, I love the variety of work. A big part of this is the autonomy I’m given and the trust that’s put in me. What’s really special is the supportive and fun team of people I work with. They’re a great bunch, and I like that we all share the same values.

Career highlights
Where do I start? I have many career highlights – from being part of major events, such as Concorde’s final tour of the UK, coordinating film location shoots and project managing conferences, to developing a three year corporate strategy and leading on the comms for full digital transformation programmes. Recently I’ve enjoyed writing a change management playbook for a university and completing a 110ft charity abseil. Oh, and did I tell you I’ve met George Clooney?
