Programme, project management and coordination
As a consultant, I support projects across multiple sectors, delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients. My background in project coordination, along with my APM qualification, has given me strong planning and communication skills. I enjoy helping clients succeed, and I’m proud to have been a part of the Digital Transformation Programme at Sheffield City Council.
"I pride myself on my adaptability, which enables me to easily adjust my approach to suit a diverse range of clients and sectors.”
I support the delivery of projects across a variety of sectors. My role is very diverse and continually evolving. It allows me to develop and utilise a wide range of skills across project management, change management and internal business development.
I’ve recently passed my Level 4 Associate Project Management qualification with Distinction. Alongside this, I’ve gained invaluable hands-on experience in project coordination and support whilst working on multiple large-scale programmes for a local authority. This has provided me with strong planning, organisation and communication skills, enabling me to collaborate effectively with my team in fast-paced, complex environments.
A major career highlight of mine has to be being shortlisted for the Greater Birmingham Apprentice of the Year Award 2025. Alongside this, my recent work supporting with the Digital Transformation Programme at Sheffield City Council stands out. I was proud to play an important role in helping to ensure an effective delivery across the project.
Strong communication skills have always come naturally to me, so this helps me form good relationships and be a reliable source of support for our clients. I have a real passion for helping others, so this suits me perfectly in my role as a consultant. I also pride myself on my adaptability, which enables me to easily adjust my approach to suit a diverse range of clients and sectors.
After large amounts of dedication and effort helping clients create more positive and organised environments, it’s incredibly rewarding to see the meaningful changes they make as they become more confident and empowered.
I love trying new things, so I have collected many hobbies throughout the years, which I love to do in my spare time! My long-standing favourites are yoga, reading as many books as possible, Taekwondo and playing both the bass and electric guitar. Aside from that, I love spending time outdoors, travelling and spending time with my pets!
It’s cliché but just be yourself. I have found my best friends and done the things I am most proud of by being myself and pushing myself out of my comfort zone. Gaining confidence takes time, but it’s always worth it in the end! One of my favourite quotes is from Oscar Wilde: ‘Be yourself, everyone else is already taken!’
People who are rude or unkind for no reason. It takes more effort to be rude than to be kind!
There are so many good choices, so this required a lot of thought! If I had to pick:
Quite a random mix I know.
I have always had such a love and passion for history – especially social history. In my own time, I have tracked my own family history through my family tree and heritage, back to as early as 1600!
Chicken and mushroom risotto – ultimate comfort food! (and a raspberry and white chocolate muffin for dessert!).
Passed my Level 4 Associate Project Management Apprenticeship.
Shortlisted for the Greater Birmingham Apprentice of the Year Award 2025.
Joined Entec Si as a junior consultant (project management apprentice), since then I have had the opportunity to contribute towards several exciting projects across local authority and higher education, all while working towards my formal qualification.
Studied for and completed my A-Levels at KE6 College, Nuneaton. Also worked part-time as a sales advisor for HMV (Oct 2022 – May 2023) and a customer service assistant for Coventry Building Society (May 2023 – July 2024).
Voluntary Work at the Concordia Theatre, Hinckley. Assisted the production manager in facilitating upcoming performances and supported with external costume hire.
