I love working closely with clients to deliver real, long-lasting change. I help them understand that journey and support them to transform their people, processes and systems. This is the holy trinity of change, and when done properly, can bring immeasurable benefits to an organisation.

What I love about my job
I love the variety of projects I work on; no project is ever the same and I really enjoy overcoming challenges and finding solutions for our clients. Nothing beats the satisfaction you get when a project completes, and the client is thrilled with the outcome. I also like the work/life balance that enables me to work around my family.

Career highlights
I managed the re-development of an existing online CMS course system for an international curriculum provider. This involved adding new and existing features that enhanced the user experience and encouraged collaboration between end users and the curriculum provider. This was an extremely rewarding project and something I’m super proud of.
