The most important part of my work is building trust with clients and colleagues to ensure effective collaboration and alignment to their goals. I support this by translating technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for stakeholders. This helps everyone stay on the same page and ensures our work delivers the right outcomes.
I have extensive experience in project management, most notably across digital and educational sectors. I’ve worked on creative initiatives, including case studies for Apple, as well as business development for a creative apprenticeship provider.
This has helped me develop my people skills, particularly the ability to see things from other people’s perspectives. This is essential for achieving effective collaboration and project delivery.
One of my biggest career highlights was delivering major projects and programmes at Sheffield City Council, where the scale of the work and size of the client made it both challenging and rewarding. The role demanded extensive stakeholder engagement, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration across all levels.
I’m a people person and really enjoy building genuine connections, using my communication skills to make working with others easier and more enjoyable. I often step into a mentor or leadership role, bringing an optimistic approach to support and guide my team.

I love the people side of my work; connecting with colleagues and a wide range of clients offers a lot of variety and energy to my day. The combination of teamwork, problem-solving, and new experiences makes my work both exciting and highly rewarding.
I love being outdoors, whether it’s going for walks and runs, riding bikes, or spending weekends outside playing with the children (although that’s not always the most relaxing!). I also love to travel, especially abroad, where I can experience new countries and cultures.
I find yoga helps me to switch off from work as well, and when I find the time, I try to unwind with a good book.
Just enjoy life and don’t worry about what other people think. Surround yourself with people that you like and distance yourself from negativity. Travel, embrace different cultures, and explore the world. Most importantly, do things that make you happy and take time to find what that truly is.
Dishonesty.
When I was ten, I protested to the priest at my local Catholic church to argue that girls should be allowed to help during the service, as previously only boys could participate. He listened to my case and allowed me to take part, which I did. (admittedly, it was very boring).
Christmas Day: roast turkey with homemade apple sauce, Czech dumplings and red cabbage.

Project manager at Ammba Digital. I was responsible for liaising with clients, solving problems, developing system support documentation, and implementing project management tools for the team.
Business development manager at Creative Alliance West Midlands. Implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase creative, digital and marketing apprenticeships. I was also responsible for the creation of brand guidelines, assets, templates & promotional materials to strengthen the brand.
Studio manager and project manager at Trilby Multimedia Ltd. Project management responsibilities included documentation, handling scope changes and requests, and managing resulting overruns and budget adjustments.
