Peter Marsden

I provide oversight for our business and play an active role in supporting both consulting and project delivery. Working closely with clients, I apply my experience to advise and shape digital and ICT strategies, business cases, and change strategies.

Alongside this, I contribute to the development of our company’s strategy and regularly review company performance to ensure we’re meeting our goals.

I have extensive experience in the strategic development of digital and ICT programmes, including business cases and transformation delivery. Having worked across all organisational levels, I’ve developed effective and engaging relationship skills, which have enabled me to develop long-lasting relationships.

I’m also skilled in leading complex, multifunctional projects, operating at team, departmental and top-tier political and business leader level.

I’d say it’s discovering my strengths and passions during my late 30s. This epiphany spurred me to build Entec Si from ground zero and to define and shape the ethos and values of the company.

Alongside this, I found a great business partner in Eman, and we’ve never looked back. Spending five years full–time delivering the Library of Birmingham together is an experience I will always remember.

I have a real passion for working with people and bring a ‘can-do’ attitude to everything I do. I’m highly respectful, loyal and committed to colleagues and clients, always treating them in a sensitive and responsive manner. This approach helps to build strong, lasting relationships. I also pride myself on staying calm under pressure and delivering effectively within tight deadlines.
