Originally a Biochemist with a naturally curious, analytical and investigative mind, I spent the past 2-3 decades working tirelessly to develop into an exceptional business and change consultant. With experience that has been born out of the delivery of multi-million-pound projects and programmes across public and private sectors, I continue to support our clients in designing and implementing transformation and change.
In my CEO role, I am keen to ensure that Entec Si’s values and ethos are truly reflected in everything we do as an organisation. Entec Si’s growth journey has been and continues to be focussed on the development and growth of our amazing team to be the best in the industry, which ultimately serves to secure the necessary outcomes for our clients.
As well as loving flying fixed wing aircraft as a private pilot, my other interests include running, indoor climbing, and drawing and painting with watercolours.

The vast majority of my career has been about delivering change in organisations, initially in the technology arena but over the years more about the wider business change. I have enjoyed the cut and thrust of projects and programmes but also the shaping of strategies and business cases. Whatever size of change is involved analysing, understanding and shaping the future direction.
Moving from medium to large private sector companies into a start-up with Entec Si, and then managing its growth and development has been a real pleasure since the mid 90s. Working with great people within the company and with our clients is the main highlight and being totally committed to delivering a quality service at all times. What is it that motivates me: achievement, creating strong relationships, delivering success and staying enthusiastic whatever the challenge?
Moving into an Executive Chair role allows me now to step-back, play a more strategic, guiding role but still working on those exciting change opportunities at times.

I have delivered in a wide variety of roles and sectors but where people, processes, and tools collide is my sweet spot. I’m confident in understanding and shaping change from the very start of an idea. Whether an organisation is in the first, wobbly steps of initiation or the more uncomfortable steps of organisational improvement, I thrive in supporting teams through change. My laser-like focus on outcomes ensures programmes deliver value.
Variety is constant in my career. I have experience in sectors such as local government, retail banking and insurance, central government, healthcare, transport, and not-for-profit. In addition to this, I’ve held senior management roles in large corporate organisations.
Alongside my experience, I have excellent technical knowledge and I’m competent in ICT/DDaT from the strategic down to the code, data, and wires, whilst recognising that technology should never override the people element of any project.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, keeping fit, and country pubs – but not always in that order!

I began my career working with a dedicated consultancy team, specialising in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and ICT. From there I naturally progressed into project management and developed a track record for successful delivery and implementation. My solid technical background has enabled me to engage on a number of levels and effectively understand and manage a wide variety of ICT projects throughout their life cycle. I have always enjoyed providing innovative solutions to people and businesses. Working on the Library of Birmingham Transformation and ICT Programme I managed several high profile projects. Since then, I have moved into Programme Management, most recently working with the London Borough of Croydon and Birmingham Airport Ltd.

I have a passion for supporting people through change. A qualified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, I have worked on human behaviour change for over 20 years: initially as part of my international development work across Africa and Asia, and in more recent years closer to home, supporting people through transformational change for new systems and organisational cultures in the UK.
Working with clients ranging from not-for-profits to local government, I tie my change work with Benefits Realisation, helping to evidence impact and value. I enjoy developing inclusive, trusting relationships with clients, working together to fulfil goals.

I am a certified IS0/IEC 20000 Consultant, a qualified ITIL Manager and hold Prince2 certifications. I am educated to MBA level and I am currently studying an MSC in Digital Leadership.
Outside of work I am very much challenge focussed! Most of my time is spent training for and running ultra-marathons, or walking and cycling events.
Graduating in Business Studies, I moved into IT project delivery in 2000. I gained considerable experience across many different business areas and performed a range of different roles, including Project Management, Business Analysis and Programme Management Office (PMO).
One of the high points of my career was the Library of Birmingham Project, where I successfully managed the Programme Management Office for the Transformation & ICT Programme for the full 5 years of the programme.
This experience provided me with a valuable, well-rounded understanding of what is required for successful project delivery.
Since 2015 my role at Entec Si has been Business Support Manager, managing key internal systems and processes, and helping to ensure the effective operation of the company.

I am a talented Senior Consultant with a wealth of experience in helping organisations to solve issues, create value, maximise growth and improve business performance, in particular within the public sector/local government.
I always ensure that my clients and colleagues are at the heart of everything I do. Alongside this, I have a keen eye for detail and will always ensure I have my client’s needs executed right at the start of any commission.

My creativity and flexibility allow me to adapt quickly within any given project or programme. My experience ranges from writing business cases and options appraisals right through to delivering business system change and implementation and transformational change within small and large local authorities.
Outside of work, I am a doating grandmother to 4 gorgeous granddaughters. In addition, I love my holidays and will ensure I always have these planned out for the coming year.
I’m a relatively new appointment for Entec Si, having joined the team in early 2022 following 20+ years working in marketing, communications and press office roles in the Midlands region; most of which spent as a department head at a major International Airport.
This has given me extensive experience in all aspects of marketing communications, from developing long term marcomms strategies and delivering targeted campaigns, to corporate comms and employee engagement.
Here at Entec Si, my role is incredibly varied, which I love, encompassing all internal and external marketing communications. As well as building on our success so far, my focus is to build awareness of Entec Si’s unique offer – and key to this will be the development of our brand new website to give existing and prospective clients all the information they need on our services to help alleviate project or change pressures, so watch out for this later in the year!

Outside of work I love to swim, practice yoga and spend time with my cheeky bulldog! I’ve always loved to travel so the most exciting thing I’ve ever done was to take a sabbatical and backpack around Asia and Australasia with my husband, where I learnt to dive, skydive and looked after elephants at a conservation centre in Thailand.
An experienced senior manager, I have more than 15 years’ experience in the management of business change and transformation programmes within the public and not-for-profit sectors.
I benefit from practical real-world experience of business change in complex working environments. I am a PRINCE2 practitioner and have used my skills to manage a series of large-scale programmes including full SAP ERP implementation and document management solutions.

Outside of work, I have recently turned my hand to upcycling furniture and when not working on my latest “repair shop” project I love nothing more than exploring the countryside with friends combining my next favourite hobby, walking my dog.
After graduating from university, I specialised in the area property development law, working as a project co-ordinator. This experience provided me with many transferable skills required for successful project management, including effective communication and organisational skills. I joined Entec Si in a Project Support role in early 2016. I was attracted by the culture of the company and the opportunity to work on a wide range of fast paced and exciting programmes and projects. During my time at Entec Si I have been involved in various ICT and Business Change projects and programmes, in both the private and public sectors. I am a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualified Junior Consultant who since joining Entec Si in 2016 has gained experience in supporting and managing projects across councils and an airport.
I have supported the implementation of both a customer service solution and unified comms solution for a county council. My excellent organisation and people skills have allowed me to support the client team in planning the logistics of rolling out physical phones across various council sites.
My passions in life include spending valuable time with my little boy, cooking new and exciting things, organising events for friends and family and of course, spending time socialising with friends and family. I have enjoyed travelling to places like Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Kenya and India, and would love the opportunity to travel some more.

My career in project management started at Bristol City Council, where I supported European Commission funded innovation and smart city projects. This is where my passion for working with people to empower them, and drive change, began.
Since joining Entec Si I have transitioned into a consultancy role, working mainly across local authority and NHS clients. In this time I have delivered infrastructure projects, system implementations and software deployments across multiple organisations. The focus has always been centred around user experience and using innovative thinking to enable positive change.

I enjoy working within the blended team that Entec Si advocates – I learn many varied things from working closely with clients and I enjoy seeing my knowledge and good practice being embedded within the practices of the client team.
In my free time I volunteer at my local athletics club and enjoy keeping fit. Travel is another passion of mine. I travelled to Myanmar in 2019 and in 2016 I completed the Inca trail. Prior to joining Entec Si, I was a primary school teacher for seven years.
Following the completion of my degree in Economics and Management I worked in the Finance sector in a number of roles with compliance at their core. Through the experience I gained dealing with different situations I advanced myself to a Team Manager role which enabled me to develop my management skills and broaden my experience. During my time in management it became apparent that a career in Project Management was one which I wanted to pursue, in line with my previous experiences and qualifications. I joined Entec Si in January 2018 and I am looking forward to developing myself within the company and learning new skills to assist me in furthering my career.

Communication is key to everything in business from ensuring stakeholders are on board with change, to analysing complex problems from different angles to find a solution that benefits everyone. I’m a junior consultant (or fancy problem solver) who has delivered change programmes across councils, NHS trusts and private businesses. Each unique, each challenging, each exciting.

At first glance it is perhaps not necessarily an obvious career progression to go from ‘psychology undergraduate’ to ‘digital strategist’ stopping off as a ‘TV producer’ on the way. The progression I made from TV to digital mirrored what was happening in the television industry at the time, with new technologies came new audiences, who were eager to consume content in a different way. Over the last ten years I have supported many large and small organisations develop digital platforms, define content strategies to enable a successful online offer and guide organisations through the cultural change that comes when adopting digital. When people ask me what I do for a living, I reply ‘I make digital easy!’

Over the last ten years I have supported many large and small organisations develop digital platforms, define content strategies to enable a successful online offer and guide organisations through the cultural change that comes when adopting digital. When people ask me what I do for a living, I reply ‘I make digital easy!’
With nearly 30 years’ experience in the infrastructure and networking marketplace, I have developed a solid technical background covering all disciplines relevant to my specialist field of communication infrastructures and technologies for the built environment. Coming from an engineering and pre-sales background, I cross trained as a PRINCE2 Practitioner. This helped me develop my understanding of clients’ business drivers and facilitated more strategic planning, allowing a more rounded view of technology projects. Wherever possible, I favour a hands-on and practical approach to project delivery. You can’t lead a team from the rear!
