When working with clients, my main focus is to take the pain out of complex transactions. Whether this is a business restructure or integration, acquisition or merger, contract novation or site relocation. It is important to me that I work closely with my clients’ staff to enable their transformation.

What I love about my job
There are so many things! For starters, I love growing Entec Si and supporting our clients and staff to develop and improve. There’s nothing better than seeing clients who are super happy with the change we’ve delivered for them. Actually, a big part of this is problem solving. We take an issue and work out the best solution for it.

Career highlights
So, I’ve got a bit of a list. My highlights include publishing my first paper on cardiac muscle contraction and completing my PhD. Then there’s meeting Peter, building Entec Si together and managing the team who opened the Library of Birmingham in 2013. Then more recently, winning the Institute of Director’s ‘Director of the Year, 2019’, SME category. This was a significant highlight.
