My role is centred around ensuring every element of a project aligns perfectly with the strategic vision. I thrive on transforming complex ideas into actionable plans. From kick-off to completion, I am dedicated to cultivating collaborative environments and fostering strong relationships among stakeholders. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, I ensure projects deliver results on time and within budget.

What I love about my job
I love that every project is a new adventure! No two projects are the same and each day is a fresh opportunity to navigate challenges with more creative solutions, to work alongside other highly skilled individuals and to learn something new.

Career highlights
A recent proud achievement of mine is having successfully delivered two complex projects within an intense and fast-paced digital transformation programme at a national pet charity client. My involvement was integral to guiding each of the projects to their success, exceeding client expectations and furthering my evolution as a consultant. In 2024, I was proud to win the Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year award, for Digital, Technology and Innovation.
