Programme, project management and coordination

For me it is important to have a problem-solving approach to project and programme management. Managing projects is really about managing people and coordinating their efforts to successfully complete change for the people we work for. It’s crucial that I am both honest and open when communicating with clients and the wider team.

What I love about my job
Above all, I would say the people. From my very first day, I’ve felt supported and heard, which I think fosters a positive working atmosphere and generally boosts morale. Entec Si is also unique in the way it approaches development, motivating me to keep growing professionally and furthering my expertise.

Career highlights
There have been a few! Implementing a PMO Office at Birmingham Airport, which took place over an 18-month period was up there, as well as delivering an an award-winning project at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust in 2019. More recently I have project managed a network project as part of a digital transformation programme for a national pet charity, which was very rewarding.
