My role involves maintaining clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, prioritising relationship-building and delivering successful outcomes based on their requirements. 

I also empower the project team by assigning roles and responsibilities that align with each individual’s strengths, while driving business change and supporting smooth transitions.

I have extensive experience delivering a broad range of technology and digital change projects. This includes overseeing the delivery of multiple enterprise IT systems and managing the development of a housing system using Agile project methodologies. I have also led digital change initiatives, such as the successful launch of client websites.

There have been a few! Implementing a PMO office at Birmingham Airport, which took place over an 18-month period, was up there, as well as delivering an award-winning project at Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust in 2019.  

More recently, I successfully delivered a brand-new SD-WAN and WIFI solution across over 160 sites in the UK for a major pet charity within nine months, which was incredibly rewarding.

I build strong, trusting relationships with clients through clear communication, ensuring their needs are fully understood and met. My adaptability enables me to handle a wide range of tasks and work seamlessly with diverse teams. I also take a delivery–oriented approach, prioritising results and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes in every project.
