I identify potential obstacles in transformation projects and work with my clients to solve them. I’ve always found that the earlier an issue is identified the easier it is to resolve, whether I’m working in business, technology or digital transformation projects.

What I love about my job
What I find really motivates me is meeting new people and teams. Working together in our unique blended team model is a great way to build relationships and get the job done. It’s particularly rewarding when I help oversee innovative solutions and approaches to our clients’ challenges and issues. For me that’s the real sweet spot.

Career highlights
There have been many highlights, but several really stand out. The first was turning around a failing IT transformation programme to enable a successful delivery for a local authority and another would have to be the integral role I played in the five-year ICT programme for the Library of Birmingham. My current commission – and another highlight – is delivering a digital transformation programme for a leading UK pet charity in less than nine months. This is an incredible effort and will lay down the foundations to deliver significant future positive change for the charity’s beneficiaries.
